Oven Roasted Asparagus
Ingredients
- 1 BUNCH OF ASPARAGUS SPEARS, TRIMMED
- 3 TBLSP OLIVE OIL
- 1 ½ TBLSP’S GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
- 1 CLOVE GARLIC MINCED
- 1 TEASP SEA SALT
- ½ TEASP GROUND BLK PEPPER
- 1 TBLSP LEMON JUICE.
Directions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 425
- PLACE ASPARAGUS ON A SHEET PAN LINED WITH NONSTICK FOIL IN A SINGLE LAYER, DRIZZLE WITH OLIVE OIL, SPRINKLE WITH A LITTLE SALT & PEPPER AND THE MINCED GARLIC.
- BAKE FOR 12 TO 15 MIN DEPENDING ON THICKNESS, SPRINKLE WITH THE PARMESAN CHEESE (PRETTY MUCH COVER THEM) AND BAKE ANOTHER 5 TO 10 MORE MINUTES.
