Grape Salad
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz cream cheese, softened (I use the light one)
- 1 8 oz sour cream (I use the light one)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 lbs grapes (I like to use half red and half green)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (I have left the nuts out and increased the amount of
- butterfingers)
- Butterfingers Candy Bars (2 large or 8 small ones), crushed or broken up.
Instructions
- Combine cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla (first four ingredients above).
- Gently stir in the grapes.
- Mix until well coated.
- Spread in a 9x13 dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar, pecans and crushed candy.
- Sprinkle on top of grape mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate several hours (overnight is fine) before serving.
