Uncle Jim’s Burgers

Ingredients:

• 2/3 cup ketchup
• 2 tbls worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 medium onion, grated
• 1 tbls pepper
• 3 lbs ground chuck

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients, except the beef, in a mixing bowl
2. Mix with ground chuck and form patties to grill
