Tuna Casserole
One of my favorites!
Ingredients
- 2 Cans Tuna Drained
- 1 Can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup of milk or water
- 1/4 to 1/2 diced onions
- 2 or 3 handfulls of potato chips crumbled
- 1/2 to 3/4 bag of wide egg noodles
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 small can of peas (optional)
- 1- 8 oz bag of shredded cheddar cheese divided in two (optional)
Instructions:
- Boil noodles for about 10 minutes
- In a 3 qt casserole dish combine all ingredients (just 4 oz of cheese if including cheese) and mix thoroughly
- Cover dish and bake for 45 min at 350 F if including cheese or 1 hour with no cheese
- Uncover and sprinkle cheese over top and bake for an additional 15 min
