Shepherd’s Pie
Um, mashed potatoes, cheese, and beef? Yes, please!
Ingredients:
- 1 large can of beef stew
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 and 1/3 cup of mashed potatos
Directions:
- Warm beef stew in a 1.5 - 2 quart casserole dish in oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Prepare mashed potatoes
- Spoon potatoes over hot stew.
- Sprinkle cheese over the top.
- Cook uncovered for 10 minutes until cheese has melted.
