Crockpot Orange/Cranberry Pork Roast
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lb. pork shoulder roast
- 1 can whole cranberries
- 1 orange (juice and zest)
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- salt & pepper
Directions
- Salt & pepper all sides of roast and sear in hot skillet (about 5-10 minutes until browned)
- In a small bowl, combine the can of cranberries, juice and zest from the orange, nutmeg and cloves.
- Place roast in crockpot and pour sauce over roast.
- Cook on low for 7 hours.
