Jason Brooks’ Chili
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground Beef
- 1 lb italian sausage
- two 16 oz cans of kidney beans, drained
- one 16 oz can of pinto beans, drained
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced jalapeno
- 1/4 cup red chili peppers
- 1/3 cup diced banana peppers
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 cups of water
Instructions
- Brown ground beef and sausage, drain.
- Put all ingredients in slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
