Instant Pot Honey Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 1/2 cup soy sauce (low sodium is ideal)
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 1 bunch scallions, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Mix together the minced garlic, honey, ketchup, soy sauce, and oregano.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken and stir to coat it well.
- Add the chicken to a slow cooker or pressure cooker (like an Instant Pot).
- Seal and cook for 3 hours on high, if using a slow cooker, or 20 minutes at high pressure if using a pressure cooker, then release the pressure manually.
- Top with the sesame seeds and scallions for garnish.
