Homemade Hibachi
Our new favorite dinner!
Note: I bought a hibachi set off Amazon that you just put on top of your grill…
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- pack of broccoli florets
- sliced onions
- sliced green bell peppers
- sliced red bell peppers
- pack of sliced mushrooms
- sliced zuchini
- vegetable oil
- sesame oil
- teriyaki sauce
Directions:
- Spread vegetable oil over the hibachi pan
- Slice chicken breasts into halves
- Put 2 halves of chicken breasts onto hibachi pan
- Add broccoli florets, green bell peppers, red bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, and zuchini to pan a. Add about a small handful of each
- Put some sesame oil on top of the vegetables
- Use spatulas to start chopping everything up; keeping the veggies and the chicken separated for now
- Once the chicken is getting close to being done, mix all together
- Add teriyaki sauce to taste while mixing all together
- Once chicken is cooked thru you are done
