Homemade Chicken Nuggets
Ingredients:
- 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 yellow potato, boiled and peeled
- 1/2 red onion, no steams
- 1 egg
- 1 TBS cornstarch or flour
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Put all ingredients into a blender
- Blend it well
- Make “biscuits” out of the mixture (form chicken nuggets)
- Line air fryer with parchment paper
- Place nuggets in basket, spaced at least 1 centimeter apart
- Spray nuggets with cooking oil
- Fry for 20 minutes on 350 degrees, turn halfway to ensure even cooking
