Glenna’s Cincinnati Chili

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Put in water first and separate meat to a fine texture.
  2. Boil meat in 1 qt. water for 1/2 hour (a low boil-simmer).
  3. Add all the ingredients and bring to a boil.
  4. Turn heat down and simmer for 3 hours uncovered until the right consistency, then cover.
  5. Refrigerate to get fat to collect so you can remove.
