Wu-Tang Chili (Craig’s Homemade Chili)

Ingredients

Pepper Puree Instructions

  1. Combine both jars of roasted red bell peppers (liquid and all) (could try using pablano peppers instead), 2 tsp salt, and 1 tsp of pepper, in a food processor.
  2. Puree until smooth

Chili Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef, drain.
  2. Cook bacon. Crumble/Break into small chunks/pieces.
  3. Put all ingredients, except water, in a large pot (including pepper puree).
  4. Cook until desired thickness (adding water as needed).
