Chicken Pot Pie
This is extremeley easy and tasty
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of Chicken Breast
- 1 box pie crust dough (located where the tubes of biscuits and rolls are)
- 1 small can of Veg-All
- 2 cans Cream of Potato Soup
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 Egg
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Directions:
- Boil chicken and dice up.
- Unroll a dough crust and place in bottom of pie pan.
- Mix all ingredients together and pour in the pie shell.
- Top with the second pie shell and seal edges together.
- Make 2 slits in the center of the pie shell forming an “X”.
- Brush top of pie with a beaten egg.
- Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
