Air Fryer Ham and Egg Pockets

  1. Preheat air fryer to 300°.
  2. In a small bowl, combine egg and milk.
  3. In a small skillet heat butter until hot.
  4. Add egg mixture; cook and stir over medium heat until eggs are completely set.
  5. Remove from the heat.
  6. Fold in ham and cheese.
  7. Separate crescent dough into 2 rectangles.
  8. Seal perforations; spoon half the filling down the center of each rectangle.
  9. Fold dough over filling; pinch to seal.
  10. Place in a single layer on greased tray in air-fryer basket.
  11. Cook until golden brown, 8-10 minutes.
