Jalapeno Corn Dip
Ingredients:
- 2 cans Mexicorn, drained
- 1 cup Mayo
- 8oz pepper jack cheese, shredded
- ½ cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 3 Tbsp jalapeno pepper, diced
Instructions:
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes in a flat casserole or square glass pan.
- Serve with tortilla or corn chips
