Jalapeno Corn Dip

Ingredients:

• 2 cans Mexicorn, drained
• 1 cup Mayo
• 8oz pepper jack cheese, shredded
• ½ cup parmesan cheese, shredded
• 3 Tbsp jalapeno pepper, diced

Instructions:

1. Mix all the ingredients together.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes in a flat casserole or square glass pan.
3. Serve with tortilla or corn chips
